As a continuation of the server upgrades mentioned in Hotfix 35.5.7, we have upgraded matchmaking and presence servers with this Hotfix. Some players in South America, Central America, and Southern US States may notice reduced server ping times particularly for Strict NAT players. Furthermore, the new servers may improve matchmaking and presence performance for other North American players by distributing the load more evenly. We’ll continue to monitor for any further tweaks needed.

Hi Tenno, are you certain you have enabled Melee Mode?

We are not tracking any issues with block attacks on our end.

Hi Tenno, this cannot be fixed without an update. We release patch notes for every update, and the patch notes will explicitly state when the Whispers In The Wall bug is fixed. We would not recommend replaying the quest daily in search of a fix, and instead recommend checking patch notes here on the forums.

Hey Zzubi, apologies for the slow response. Can you tell me what iPhone / iPad you are using? We have heard about players on low end devices such as the iPhone XR getting the 'low memory warning' at the very start of Duviri Paradox, but to have the pop up at stage 5-6 is unusual. If you can let me know what device you're on, that'd be a great first step! If you are able to share your logs shortly after one of these crashes, that would also be great. Here are steps on how to share logs

Hey there! I'm afraid we can't quite figure out your issue based on the description. Can you give more details about the mission, the "robot you control" and more?

Hi there, sorry to hear about the negative experience. On DE's end we are not detecting any kind of influx in crashes (in fact, it's quite the opposite!). 

Can you tell me what type of iPhone / iPad you are playing on? And what type of mission / node is causing the most crashes? 

We also wrote this guide "How To Share Error Logs With DE" in case you want us to look at a specific issue. Thank you

This Hotfix contains several crash fixes that were exposed by server upgrades performed live over the last week. The upgrades should now be stable, and the matchmaking, presence, town, relay, and Dojo servers are all running more efficiently, but we’ll continue to monitor!

Hi Tenno, we are not detecting an uptick in crash reports on are end. Can you tell me what device you play on, and what type of content you were attempting to play when you got these crashes? For example, if you are on an iPhone 11 and attempting Duviri Paradox.

Not yet, Tenno. This feature is on the way, however touch interface has yet to be finalized. If you have recently purchased Decorations that you hoped to place on Mobile, please file a ticket at support.warframe.com and explain your story! It should be no trouble taking care of you if you explain you purchased Decorations on mobile with the intent to aplpy them on mobile.
